This page explains what Pinehaven Ventures LLC ("PowerPMIS", "we") collects when you use the PowerPMIS website and services, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — your email address when you request the brief or book a call, and your name, company and project details when you engage us.
- Project information — documents and data you share with us for a requirements audit or platform engagement. This is your information; we use it only to deliver the engagement.
- Site analytics — page views and referrers, collected in aggregate without personal identifiers.
How we use it
- To send you the brief you requested and, if you opt in, occasional notes on permitting and entitlement timelines. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To schedule and deliver engagements you've asked for.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not share project documents with anyone outside the engagement team without your written permission.
- We do not use your project data to train models or build benchmarks without a signed agreement that says so.
Service providers
We use third-party providers for email delivery, scheduling, hosting and analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.
Retention and deletion
We keep contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and engagement data for as long as the engagement and any agreed follow-on work require. Email hello@powerpmis.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and, where we have your email, let you know.
