They are general information about development and permitting, not legal, engineering or financial advice, and not a representation about any specific project or jurisdiction. Rules change; confirm current requirements with the relevant authority or your advisors before relying on them.
A requirements audit or platform engagement begins when both parties sign a statement of work. Fees, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality and limitations of liability are set out there. Nothing on this site is an offer that can be accepted without that agreement.
Anything you submit through this site (an email address, a message, a project description) may be used to respond to you and to deliver what you asked for. You retain ownership of your content. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.
Engagements may involve project information such as budgets, work breakdown structures, bid tabulations, schedules and closeout actuals ("Project Data"). You retain ownership of Project Data. You grant Pinehaven Ventures LLC a non-exclusive licence to use Project Data to deliver the engagement and, in anonymized and aggregated form only, to maintain and improve our benchmark database. Anonymized means that project names, owners, sites, addresses, counterparties, bidders, contract values that could identify a party, and any other identifying details are removed, and that a benchmark derived from Project Data is only shown when it combines data from a minimum number of unrelated projects. We do not sell Project Data, we do not disclose it to any third party in identifiable form, and we do not use it to benchmark your project for another customer in identifiable form. You may opt out of benchmark use for an engagement by telling us in writing before the engagement starts; the engagement fee is the same either way. These terms are a template pending counsel review; the signed statement of work governs where it differs.
